Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut up blanched
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 can green beans drained
- 1 can wax beans drained
- 1 can lima beans drained
- 1 can kidney beans drained rinsed
- 4 sweet pickles sliced
- 3 carrots sliced blanched
- 1 12 cups vinegar
- 34 cup water
- 1 12 cups sugar or splenda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp turmeric
- 14 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- In medium saucepan bring dressing ingredients to a boil boil for 2 minutes
- stirring occasionally
- Combine all other ingredients vegetables
- Pour warm dressing over combined vegetables stir together refrigerate overnight or longer
- stir before serving you may drain before serving
- Serves 12-18
