Under The Sea Salad
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can pear halves
- 1 3 oz pkg lime Jell-O
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 18 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Drain pears reserving 34 cup syrup
- Dice pears and set aside
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add reserved syrup and lemon juice
- Pour 1 12 cups into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan Chill until set but not firm about one hour
