Under The Sea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can pear halves
  • 1 3 oz pkg lime Jell-O
  • 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 18 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Drain pears reserving 34 cup syrup
  2. Dice pears and set aside
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add reserved syrup and lemon juice
  4. Pour 1 12 cups into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan Chill until set but not firm about one hour
