Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak
  • 1 qt stewed tomatoes
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 13 c sugar
  • 12 c grated cheese

Directions

  1. Cut round steak into serving pieces
  2. Season with salt and pepper then flour meat
  3. Slice onion in bottom of crock-pot
  4. Lay meat on top of onions
  5. Pour in tomatoes
  6. Slice carrots and celery over top of tomatoes
  7. Add Worcestershire sauce and sugar
  8. Cook on low until done about 8 hours
  9. Sprinkle cheese on top and melt before serving
