Sweet Potato Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 c cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 12 c butter
- 34 c brown sugar
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 14 c orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 c chopped pecans
- orange slices
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except orange slices
- Place in a greased baking dish
- Place orange slice on top of pudding
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges
