Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 c boiled sweet potatoes mashed
- 34 c sugar
- 12 stick oleo melted
- unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp allspice or nutmeg or more to suit your taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with melted oleo
- Mix well with mixer
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Bake on bottom rack of oven at 350
- until set approximately 30 to 40 minutes
