Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion chopped fine
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 12 oz jar chili sauce
- 1 10 oz jar grape jelly
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix meat eggs onion salt and pepper shape into small balls
- Drop raw balls into sauce made from remaining ingredients Gently simmer about 20 minutes until done
- These may be frozen and reheated for later use
- Serve in a chafing dish for party appetizers
