Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 3 oz orange jello
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 13 c chopped pecans
  • 1 c hot water
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple 2 12 c
  • 1 c grated coconut

Directions

  1. Dissolve
  2. jello in hot water
  3. Drain pineapple reserving syrup
  4. Add
  5. water to syrup to make one cup
  6. Add to jello with vinegar
  7. and
  8. salt
  9. Chilluntil
  10. partially
  11. setFold carrots pineapple and nuts into jello
  12. Turn into individual molds or 10 x 6 x 1 12-inch pan
  13. Chill until firm
  14. Serve on lettuce
