Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 c shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Sift all
- dry ingredients together
- Cut in shortening Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla and add to flour mixture mix well Shape into small balls
- Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart Flatten each with bottom of glassBake at 375 for 8 or 10 minutes
