Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 9-inch pie crust baked
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- small amount milk or cream
- 1 pt small fresh strawberries
- 1 pt crushed strawberries
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c sugar
- 12 pt whipped cream
Directions
- Bake the pie crust
- Moisten the cream cheese with a small amount of milk or cream spread on pie crust
- Arrange 1 pint small strawberries on the cheese
