Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

• 1 small or 12 large tin evaporated milk
• 8 oz strawberries
• 3 to 4 oz sugar

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a liquidiser and switch on
2. When light and frothy chill in fridge until ready to eat
