Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 small or medium squash
- 2 8 oz pkg mild Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 or 2 small onions optional
- 2 packs Ritz crackers
- 2 c milk
- 12 stick margarine
Directions
- Cook squash and onions on top of stove until tender
- In a mixing bowl stir milk margarine and eggs until well mixed
- In a large casserole dish put one layer of drained squash and onions on bottom
- Shake one pack of crackers on top of squash shake 1 pack of cheese on top of crackers
- Then pour half of liquid mixture on top of cheese
- Repeat one more layer the same way
- Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until brown
- Serves 8 or 9
