Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 1 c fat free mayonnaise
- 1 c nonfat yogurt
- 1 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and minced
- 12 c finely chopped onion
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp ground pepper
- 1 round loaf country bread Flintstone
Directions
- Drain spinach in a fine sieve pressing to squeeze out as much water as possible
- Transfer drained spinach to a medium bowl Add remaining ingredients except bread
- Slice about 2 inches off top of bread
- Hollow out loaf leaving a 1-inch wall to create a bowl
- To serve spoon dip into bread bowl
