Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 c fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 c nonfat yogurt
  • 1 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and minced
  • 12 c finely chopped onion
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 round loaf country bread Flintstone

Directions

  1. Drain spinach in a fine sieve pressing to squeeze out as much water as possible
  2. Transfer drained spinach to a medium bowl Add remaining ingredients except bread
  3. Slice about 2 inches off top of bread
  4. Hollow out loaf leaving a 1-inch wall to create a bowl
  5. To serve spoon dip into bread bowl
