Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 10 oz pkg chopped spinach frozen
  • 4 c Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 2 large onions minced
  • 8 eggs whipped
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c oleo melted
  • 12 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cook drain and squeeze spinach
  2. Mix everything else together
  3. Chill 2 to 3 hours
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls
  5. Freeze on cookie sheet
  6. Put in plastic bag and use as needed
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 300 or until golden brown
  8. Makes about 100 balls
