Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

• 34 lb hamburger or sausage
• 14 c chopped onion
• 1 14 c sugar
• 14 tsp dried Italian seasoning
• 1 well beaten egg
• 5 oz cooked spaghetti
• 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• 34 c cream-style cottage cheese or Ricotta
• 12 c shredded Mozzarella

Directions

1. Brown meat and drain
2. Add sauce seasoning and meat cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated In large bowl stir together egg hot spaghetti Parmesan cheese and margarine
3. Press mixture over bottom and sides of pie plate microwave to form crust
4. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust
5. Spread heated meat mixture over cottage cheese
6. Cover with wax paper cook on Medium for 9 to 11 minutes or until thoroughly heated
7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts
8. Makes 4 servings
