Sourdough Starter

Ingredients
- 3 12 c unsifted strong bread flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 2 c warm water
Directions
- Combine flour sugar and yeast in large bowl
- Gradually add warm water to dry ingredients and beat until smooth
- Cover with plastic wrap let stand in warm place for 2 days
- To use in a recipe measure out amount called for in recipe and use as directed
