Soft Pretzels

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 1 12 c lukewarm water
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 4 12 c flour
Directions
- Put yeast sugar and warm water together Dissolve Mix remaining ingredients and add to yeast mixture
- Let rise 15 minutes Shape into pretzels and dip in soda water
- Let rise again Sprinkle with salt
- Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
