Soft Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 12 c lukewarm water
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 4 12 c flour

Directions

  1. Put yeast sugar and warm water together Dissolve Mix remaining ingredients and add to yeast mixture
  2. Let rise 15 minutes Shape into pretzels and dip in soda water
  3. Let rise again Sprinkle with salt
  4. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
