Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 onion
- 1 12 sticks butter oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 12 c Minute rice
Directions
- Boil shrimp until pink dont overcook
- Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 12 sticks oleo
- Add soups and Minute rice
- Cover with foil paper and cook 20 to 30 minutes
