Scalloped Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- salt
- 34 c packed brown sugar
- 14 c margarine
Directions
- Cook peel and halve sweet potatoes
- Arrange sweet potatoes in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with salt
- Bring sugar and 14 cup water to boil add margarine and pour over ingredients in baking dish
- Bake uncovered in preheated 350 oven about 30 minutes
- Makes 4 servings
