Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 c milk
- 6 to 7 medium potatoes
- 12 c onions
- 14 tsp pepper
- 4 slices cheese
Directions
- Make white sauce out of butter flour milk onions and cheese
- Cook until cheese is melted
- Pour sauce over sliced potatoes
- Add pepper and bake for 45 minutes covered
- Uncover and put more cheese on top of potatoes
- Cook until lightly browned
