Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 c milk
  • 8 saltine crackers
  • 4 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Put corn in baking dish
  2. Beat eggs and add sugar and milk Pour over corn
  3. Crumble crackers melt butter and stir together Sprinkle over top and cook at 325 for 45 minutes or until brown
