Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1 lb can salmon drained
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 c bread crumbs
- pepper to taste
- 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Turn into a well greased loaf pan
- Bake 30 minutes in a 350 oven
- Serve with white sauce or catsup
- Serves 4 to 6
