Rum Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding not instant kind
  • 4 eggs
  • 23 c light rum
  • 13 c water
  • 12 c oil
  • 12 c finely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Grease and flour Bundt pan
  3. In bottom of pan sprinkle 12 cup of chopped pecans
  4. Mix ingredients together and pour into Bundt pan
  5. Bake 1 hour
  6. Remove from oven and while still hot pour rum glaze over it
  7. Leave cake in pan for at least 30 minutes to allow glaze to soak in
