Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion or mushroom soup mix
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. potatoes, sliced
Directions
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
- Add potatoes and coat well. Bake, stirring often, until tender and golden brown.
- Serves 8.
