Ritz Cracker Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c finely chopped nuts
• 20 Ritz crackers crushed
• 1 small container Cool Whip or whipped topping of choice

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until very stiff
2. Combine all the ingredients together
3. Put in 8-inch pie pan
4. Bake 25 minutes at 350
