Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c thinly sliced rhubarb
- 2 c sugar
- 12 c Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Take rhubarb and 12 cup sugar and let set until sugar is completely dissolved
- Beat until creamy 1 12 cups sugar Crisco and egg
- Add remaining ingredients
- Fold in rhubarb mixture and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Use tester to make sure cake is done
- A very moist cake
