Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 oz red food coloring
• 1 c buttermilk
• 2 12 c sifted cake flour
• 1 12 tsp soda
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
