Quick Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz pkg frozen hash browns
  • 1 c corn flakes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 c mushroom soup
  • 12 c crushed corn flakes
  • 12 c melted butter
  • 12 to 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix well the hash browns 1 cup flakes sour cream onion and mushroom soup
  2. Place in greased baking dish
  3. Top with 12 cup crushed corn flakes then 12 cup melted butter poured over then 12 to 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
