Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lb margarine
- 1 c water
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 14 c mashed pumpkin
- 18 tsp marjoram
- 18 tsp nutmeg
- 14 c chopped onion
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c milk
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp thyme
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Put bouillon cubes in water to dissolve
- In medium size saucepan cook onion in margarine until tender
- Remove from heat Add flour stir until dissolved
- Add milk cook until thick sauce is formed stirring constantly
- Add mashed pumpkin water chicken salt marjoram thyme nutmeg and pepper sauce
- Heat soup to serving temperature
