Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients

• 1 14 c salad oil
• 2 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 c canned pumpkin
• 2 c plain flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients mix all dry ingredients together and combine with the pumpkin mixture
2. Add 12 cup coconut and 12 cup chopped nuts
3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350
