Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c cooked pumpkin
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 2 c diluted Milnot
- 12 c nutmeats optional
Directions
- Mix the sugar flour salt and spices together and stir into pumpkin
- Add diluted Milnot and eggs
- Add nuts at this point if you are using them
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 for 10 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm
- Garnish with whipped Milnot topping
