Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 large 2 12 lb can pumpkin or 3 c fresh
- 4 eggs
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 12 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large yellow or white cake mix
- 1 12 sticks oleo
Directions
- Mix first 8 ingredients
- Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan Sprinkle one large white or yellow cake mix dry evenly over pumpkin
- Drizzle melted oleo over dry cake
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 45 minutes
- Bake until knife comes out clean
- Top with Cool Whip
