Preacher Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c. sugar
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/2 c. powdered cocoa
• 2 c. quick oats
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

1. Put sugar, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat.
4. stir in cocoa, oats and vanilla.
5. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
6. Cool 30 minutes.
7. Yields 3 dozen.
