Pralines

Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 c pecans
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Boil all ingredients including pecans to soft ball stage stirring constantly
- Cool slightly and beat until mixture just begins to stiffen
- Drop rapidly from a spoon onto a buttered pan or waxed paper
- If candy becomes too stiff at the last drop into patties and stir in a little hot water
