Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

• 4 c mashed potatoes
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1 c milk

Directions

1. Mix all together and beat into batter
2. Place on hot greased grill fry on both sides until golden brown
