Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz or more Cheddar cheese shredded
- 14 lb oleo
- 1 medium onion minced
Directions
- Set aside greased 9 x 13-inch pan Thaw hash browns
- Saute onion in oleo
