Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 20 oz can pork and beans or baked beans
  • 1 c chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • green pepper rings

Directions

  1. Trim excess fat from pork chops
  2. Brown in frying pan thoroughly on both sides
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Place in a deep baking dish
  5. Mix baked beans chili sauce brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce
  6. Pour over pork chops and top with pepper rings
  7. Bake at 375 for 1 hour
