Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 12 c dry sherry
- 1 c buttermilk
- 12 c salad oil
- 13 c poppy seed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease and flour a Bundt pan
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Beat until smooth
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake at 350 for about 40 to 50 minutes
- Cool Remove from pan
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
