Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans pineapple drained chunk or crushed
- 1 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 2 or 3 c sharp cheese grated
- 1 bag Ritz crackers crushed
Directions
- Mix well flour and sugar
- Put pineapple in dish
- Sprinkle sugar and flour mixture over pineapple
- Top with cheese and then crackers
- Pour 1 stick melted margarine over top
- Bake at 350 until bubbles about 20 minutes
