Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg
- 34 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp soft margarine
- 34 c chopped pecans
- 18 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 c white syrup
Directions
- Mix cream cheese margarine and flour
- Roll into ball Chill for 1 hour or overnight Pinch out 8 balls
- Press balls into muffin tin with fingers working up to the top
- Set aside In a separate bowl beat egg
- Add brown sugar and mix well
- Add margarine vanilla almond extract white syrup salt and chopped pecans
- Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cup
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes
