Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 13 c white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 bowl sugar 1 c
• 34 c peanut butter
• 13 c packed brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 12 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 bag Hersheys Kisses

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except for the 1 bowl of sugar
2. Roll dough in 1-inch balls and roll in bowl of sugar
3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes While still hot from oven press one Hersheys Kiss carefully into the top of each cookie
4. Cool and enjoy
5. This recipe makes about 2 12 dozen cookies
