Peach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 12 c shortening
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 Tbsp ice water
- about 6 large peaches cut in eighths skin on
- 12 to 23 c sugar
- 18 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Prepare sweet pastry by sifting dry ingredients flour baking powder salt and sugar together
- Cut in shortening
- Add beaten egg yolk then ice water
- Roll out 18 inch thick
- Place in a large 10-inch deep pie pan
