Party Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes for 12 servings
- 1 c sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp chives
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 to 12 tsp garlic powder
- paprika for garnish
Directions
- Cook potatoes for mashing
- Drain and mash using ingredients May need a little milk for mashed potato consistency
- Place in casserole and garlic
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
