Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Beat egg until fluffy.
- Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
- For thinner pancakes, add 1/4 cup milk.
- Cook on griddle or skillet until golden brown.
- Makes about 9 pancakes.
