Oven Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c butter or margarine
- 12 c corn syrup
- 6 qt popped corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
Directions
- Boil brown sugar butter syrup and salt for 5 minutes Remove from heat add soda and vanilla and stir over corn
- Mix well spread on cookie sheets Place in oven at 200 for 1 to 1 12 hours stirring every 20 to 30 minutes
- Remove and let cool Break apart
