Oven Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c butter or margarine
  • 12 c corn syrup
  • 6 qt popped corn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp soda

Directions

  1. Boil brown sugar butter syrup and salt for 5 minutes Remove from heat add soda and vanilla and stir over corn
  2. Mix well spread on cookie sheets Place in oven at 200 for 1 to 1 12 hours stirring every 20 to 30 minutes
  3. Remove and let cool Break apart
