Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pkg broccoli carrot and cauliflower mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c grated Swiss cheese
- 13 c sour cream
- 1 can Durkee fried onions
Directions
- Combine vegetables soup 12 cup cheese sour cream and 12 can onions
- Pour in a 1 12-quart casserole dish
- Cover and bake in a 350 preheated oven for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Add rest of cheese and onion
- Return to oven and cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked
