Microwave Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 4 qt popped corn
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 14 c white Karo syrup
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Place popcorn in large paper bag
- Mix the next 4 ingredients in a 2-quart bowl
- Place in microwave for 1 12 minutes
- Take out and stir
- Pour in baking soda
- Put back in microwave for 2 minutes on High
- Take out and pour over popcorn in bag
- Shake it then turn upside-down and put bag in microwave for 1 12 minutes Take it out shake and put back in microwave again for 1 12 minutes
- Put in bowl or cookie sheet to cool
