Microwave Brownies

Ingredients

• 12 c butter or margarine 1 stick
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 14 c dry cocoa
• 14 c instant chocolate drink mix
• 12 tsp baking powder
• chopped nuts

Directions

1. Melt butter or margarine in bowl on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted
2. Add sugar
3. Cool
4. Add eggs and vanilla
5. Put flour dry cocoa instant drink mix and baking powder together and blend into sugar mixture
6. Stir in nuts to suit your taste 12 cup or more Pour in a 9-inch glass pie plate
7. Cook on HIGH for 4 12 - 5 12 minutes turning if needed
8. Cool before cutting
9. Makes 1 dozen
