Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

  1. Cut up chicken place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan
  2. Blend milk enchilada sauce and soup pour over chicken
  3. Bake at 400 for 1 hour
