Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 13 c water
• 3 egg whites

Directions

1. Boil the sugar and water until thread stage
2. Beat egg whites until stiff
3. Pour boiling mixture into egg whites and continue beating
4. May brown in oven slightly
