Lemon Lush
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup crushed pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 small pkg instant lemon pudding
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups 2 Tbsp cold milk
- cool whip for topping
Directions
- Mix together first 3 ingredients and press in 9x13 pan
- Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes Set aside to cool
